Additionally, check for any leaks between the ball valve and the tank; a washer is essential in this connection. If you find that a washer is missing, contact us to request a new ball valve.

If you experience issues with water flow, such as:

• No water coming out: Inspect the internal membrane by unscrewing the stem to access the charging valve. Press the valve; if water flows, the membrane needs to be replaced.
